No Pain...No Gain!

After sitting on my a*s for way too long i've decided to actively get fit! So 2 aerobic and 1 Tae-bo session later, lets just say i'm feeling aches and pains from muscles i didnt know i had.

I am always on the look-out for easy ways to get fit; starvation, bulimia and anoxeria are definitely out tho. Firstly, i dont have the self-control or discipline for it (hehe) and secondly, i lurve my food just a tad bit too much. Routine exercising also doesnt work coz i get bored very, very easily. I have all forms of aerobic, tae-bo, yoga and pilates videos/dvds lined up, so hopefully the boredom won't set in for at least 2 mths.

Just in case tho, i have a back-up plan, have roped some friends into playing the odd game of golf and tennis with me. So hopefully, after some blood, sweat and tears, a new me shall emerge from the cocoon around September 2006 :-)

September 2006, a date one waits for with baited breathe :-)! So far so good :-). You should try swimming if you looking to tone however, quickest way! One could try a combo of swimming, tennis and golf. . . . though then again. . . .
